The Rise of the City
Glory of the East
Qiantan is a key development area in Shanghai and it is known as the “Golden Boots” that landed along the Huangpu River. It will become a regional headquarters of multinational corporations providing services to financial centers, forming a financial ecosystem that is on par with and complementary to Lujiazui.
The Shanghai Qiantan Project of Gree Real Estate is located at the south side of the intersection of Qiantan Avenue and Gaoqing West Road, overlooking the Lujiazui Financial District to the north and with its north side facing the ecological landscape park. It has the best location and landscape environment in the Qiantan residential sector.

Convenient Transportation
Located along the Huangpu River, Qiantan has an advantageous geographical location. It is closely connected to the various areas of Shanghai through an extensive subway line. The Qiantan Project adopted the development model of first building transportation facilities at early stage. There are 3 rail tracks, namely line No. 6, No. 8 and No. 11 passing through it and it is only 20 minutes’ drive from People’s Square in the center of Shanghai.

High-end Facilities
The construction of the Qiantan area is already on the “fast track”. After the supporting facilities such as the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center, Wellington College International Shanghai, etc. have been launched, many important projects such as Qiantan Center have begun construction. In addition, the Qiantan Project also has high-quality educational resources such as the Qiantan campus of No. 2 High School Attached to East China Normal University, etc.

Livable Ecology
The Qiantan area is adjacent to the Huangpu River and the Chuanyang River and internally, there is a small Huangpu water system passing through it, forming an excellent spatial order. The Qiantan Project of Gree Real Estate is surrounded by huge areas of high-quality green coverage and riverside landscape resources. In the future, it will be developed into a green, integrated and high-rise urban comprehensive community that is suitable for residential and businesses.

Top Design Quality Community
32-01 Plot
“The plot location of this project is very unique and very interesting. Our previous projects were rarely in an area where the urban fabric has not yet formed. This is very challenging for us. However, because it has a dinstinctive surrounding elements and features, this is enough to allow us to create a central idea for the design, with emphasis that “the front” is a riverside park and “the back” is a transition zone of urban structures.””

The Beauty of Modeling
The Facade Adjusts to Functional Changes
The architectural facade modeling of this project expressed its ingenuity, fully reflecting the changes in building functions and calling for differences in external environmental conditions at the same time.
Among them, the north facade will maximize the viewing angle and will use floor-to-ceiling glass window walls to match the large and wide living space. The south facade where a bedroom and a bathroom are located, requiring more privacy, will be given more solid wall finishing.

The Beauty of Technology
“Inside-Out” of the Buildings
The architectural style of the project (32-01) continues with Richard Rogers' iconic style for “Inside-out”. The bright and striking colors of the main body of the buildings and the structural components for the braces are the most distinctive elements of the buildings.
The project will be assembled in an industrialized way. All the components will be assembled, without any beam structure. The interior space can be freely combined by the residents according to their needs to help them create their personalized living space, fully demonstrating the beauty of technology in architecture.

The Beauty of the Layout
Space Working in Concert withthe Natural Environment
Since this project (32-01) is adjacent to the Huangpu River waterscape and neighbouring the green landscape, with the sun lighting the southward side, the layout principle for the residences is based on open, large living space being placed on the north side and the bedroom is placed on the south side is adopted.
The project will give full consideration to the relationship between the architectural layout and the surrounding landscape resources. It will provide green space at different levels through site designs such as entrance square, central garden, sunken garden, etc.

Enclosed Space Open Block
38-01 Plot
The Qiantan 38-01 Plot Project is the first Shanghai project of Gree Real Estate in realising the corporate strategy of “regional layout”. The project is designed by Lacime Architectural Design from Shanghai. Adopting a planning strategy that is in harmony with the 32-01 Plot, the architectural design is of the same modern style. The four residential buildings are laid out in the form of the Chinese character of “Hui -回” along the surrounding streets to form an enclosed space.
The project design has adopted the leading concept of “open block”. The aim is to create a community with openness, inclusiveness and adaptability.

Modern Design with Good Ventilation and Lighting
The glass facade design is a major highlight of the project. In order to make full use of the landscape resources such as the Huangpu River, the eastern side park, etc. and to increase the lighting and ventilation of the building, the viewing surfaces of the high-rise tower on the east side of the 38-01 Plot Project will use floor-to-ceiling glass windows, resulting in a well-lit, tall and straight look.

Wonderful Residence with “4 well-lit areas”
Adopting a leading concept during the house type design for the 38-01 Plot project, the households of each building enjoy excellent sunlight spacing. With full consideration of the sunlight requirements, the various house types will be assured of the “4 well-lit areas” (well-lit kitchen, well-lit bathroom, well-lit bedroom and well-lit living room).

A Series of Garden Spaces
The project will provide a series of garden spaces for the households. Each garden space will have different features and functions, offering the residents and visitors a more diverse range of sightseeing and activity choices. For example, in the central resting area of the residential estate, small cozy resting spaces will be installed to provide the residents with comfortable places to rest. The series of gardens also include waterscape garden, sunken courtyard, game space, parent-child space, etc.
